Every now and then people will say, "I told people what we do in class and no one believes me." Or "I tell my husband about what we do in class and he is scared to try it"
Or Best yet: "I do Boot Camp at....."
The growth of people dressing up an aerobics class and calling it Boot Camp makes me what to change the name.
Just think if then the Yugo came out. If they would have called it Porsche, would you have believed them? You can judge the difference in performace and results.
