Hyperfit USA: Boot Camp is NOT a weight loss program. We offer strength and conditioning training. The results will vary based on the individual. Chris, on the far right, has lost 25 pounds in less than two months. Jenn, running between the boxes, gained weight but lost dress sizes. It is different for everyone, the main thing is to come in go to the best of your ability.


Erin is leaving us soon for a new job in Chicago. We are sad to see her go.
