The new basic training in Belleville/Van Buren Township is up and running. The ladies have been learning the basic movement patterns essential to health and fitness. It is going to be a great base level conditioning program.

Great job all. The soreness will decrease in time.

Quirk Park is a very good place for this type of training. The equipment requirement is low and the park has a great place to run and do calisthenics.

The Buff Brides article is cool. Wendy, started a year and a half ago to get ready for her wedding. She is still coming to class nearly a year later. The basis of our training is to be able to get ready for life and then stay ready. Our brides tend to stay with us and continue to make fitness a way of life rather than a one time event.
