Kristen, DJ and Dylan dropped into CrossFit Gulf Coast while on vacation. Frank Dimeo gave them a warm reception. The link below is the post he added to his web site for visiting CrossFitters. I don't think we will ever get that kind of visitation since the suburbs of Detroit aren't exactly vacation spots.

THE FINAL TALLY IS IN

RECORDS ARE MEANT TO BE BROKEN






We set a new high record for attendance this morning. We have broken 1000 workout for the first time. Kurt W is the 1K man! Our current total attendance for the month is 1004. This does not include CrossFit classes, this is Boot Camp alone.

We still have one more class in March so the record will stand until 0930 today. We will be adding additional sections to class in May for the outdoor classes.

The outdoor classes will be more cardio/stamina oriented and the indoor classes will be more anaerobic in nature. The idea is to be able to provide a one stop place for busy people to get their workout in and have more time available for the other important parts of life: Family, friends, reflection and just time to sit an not be obligated to do anything.
