Why do we do so many pull ups?

Some people want reslts. Some people are willing to do what it takes to get them. They hire professional trainers to get professional results. Full time, no time outs, no cry babies.

Cass is always in a good mood no matter how hard it gets.

Something very different about Boot Campers is that veterans help the new people. Here Kristen helps Denise through her first workout. Every sucks wind their first day. Everyone is sore. It is the common bond shared by all.

The run was short and the cycles were a bit rough because we are at capacity for pull ups bars. All in all, still a decent workout.

Strange rush of new people. We had 9 new people try the class. We had them scale it down, but I anticipate significant soreness in their futures. I guess we ge the anti-resolutionary market. The people joining now are the serious crowd.

Jenn Cornell is coming into her own as an instructor. She will be getting her CrossFit Level II certification in February in Santa Cruz. Pat Korican will be getting her level. After the February certification, we will have more CF Certified Insturtors than any place but HQ.
