  • push ups
  • crunches
  • plyo squats
  • arm haulers
  • flutter kicks
  • jump jacks
  • wall sits

some suicide whammies (thrown in for fun) 10 push-ups per line 10 crunches per line lunging suicides hop suicides run backwards
on reg. sprint suicides, #s varied from one to three
