OK, this one was brutal. I had a really hard time with the 100 pushup sets. I was doing them 10 at a time and on my knees most of the time. Does anyone have any secrets for increasing pushup endurance?
No one can do three sets of 100 in a row. We want to stress you enough that you recover from failure and can carry on again. It is as much of a skill as anything else. Go to failure, quickley recover and carry on. There are no secrets.
