CROSSFIT for Beginners

The following is a thread to a post on the discussion board:

I found it interesting on a number of levels. I the quality of rebuttals and the credentials of the people doing them. Ahkim Jones is an exceptional guy and can do over 60 pull ups in a row. How many MD's can say that?

The initial poster also points out the ignorance and "typing" of what CrossFit is. Anyone who comes to our classes know that we scale the workouts in both Boot Camp and CrossFit classes to accomodate people's abilities, skills and injuries.
